PATSY'S PILSNER
This beer is flavorful and refreshing, yet not filling.  Made with a combination of fresh Liberty hops from Yakima, Washington and the prized East Kent Goldings aroma hop from England.  2-row brewers malt is used along with a small amount of roasted barley to give it a well-rounded, malty character.  $3.50

1752 STOUT
A rich dark beer made with four varieties of malt, along with English chocolate, black malt and roasted barley, which gives a pleasant coffee-like character to the finish.  Hopped with Liberty and East Kent Goldings.  $3.50

HOMETOWN HEFEWEIZEN
A satisfying and thirst-quenching wheat beer made with 2-row brewers malt and white wheat malt.  It is hopped with Liberty and the acclaimed Crystal aroma hop from Oregon.  $3.50

APPLE VALLEY RED ALE
A balanced blend of our Patsy's Pilsner and 1752 Stout, to give a character similar to the popular pale ales from England.  $3.50

FREDERICKTOWN BROWN
A 50-50 blend of Patsy's Pilsner and 1752 Stout, which produces the rich character of a traditional English nut brown.  $3.50
